Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.

The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, room was not so warm, but it’s good for sleeping. There is private car parking behind the hotel, it was safety. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoy!

A very nice hotel, situated quite a bit at the outside part of Berlin, but there is good public transport towards the city, and everything can be reached within an hour of travel. Tram stops right beside the hotel, and at Panków station there is the possibility to change to U2 or S-Bahn to continue faster. The staff greated me kindly and they were nice overall. My room was situated in the top (3rd) floor, there was an elevator, but it was easy to get there by stairs too. It was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise while I was in the room. It was already heating season in november, and the room was heated for the adequate temperature, not cold, and not too hot, perfect. Breakfast was very good, at the first glance it looked like it contained only a few choices, but actually there are plenty of different kind of food, just some are behind a turn or a wall, and not visible at the first sight. Coffee was also perfect. After 11 pm the entrance is at a side door, but staff explains it at check in, and it was easy to find and to open it with the provided keys. Hotels in Berlin are quite expensive, I've chosen Businesshotel Berlin because of the great quality/price ratio. I can recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a travel towards the city center.

The room was clean and well equiped, with air conditioning too. The personnel was nice and helpful with everything. We also paid for the breakfast and weren’t disappointed (i loved the window wall there, from where you could see people walking down the street) We needed a place near the velodrom stadion and i’m really glad we chose this one. If we ever go to a concert there again, then we know where to go :)
