The hotel is beautiful and exceeding my expectations. It's beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. Our train was delayed so we would arrive after midnight. I called the receptionist after 10PM and she was very sweet, kind and understanding. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast fresh and delicious. Regarding the stay, I have absolutely no complaints. I would stay in this hotel again if I was in Görlitz.

Absolutely wonderful place with amazing staff, making the stay as peaceful and problem-free as possible. The lake is very clean, the private hotel beaches with white sand make it feel luxurious. It was close to the Berzdorfer See. We were traveling with our spynx cat and we asked owner to remove all the objects that could be damaged by cat. So owner prepared it perfectly so out cat was happy to jump around and explore all the shelves and place itself. There was a kitchen and we were able to cook some food. The place is comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
