When I go to Hamburg, I only stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean and a special place to stay. :) Last time I had an early flight and I went to hotel at 9 in the morning and asked if maybe it is possible to check in early - it was possible! I also needed an iron and it was arranged super quickly. I love everything about this place!

Staff were extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Were able to pick up the conversation in English when my spotty German faltered. Room was great. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Had all faculties I could have wanted. Very happy with stay

We wanted to stay somewhere that felt genuinely German and we weren't disappointed. The staff were super friendly and nice, we felt very welcomed upon arrival. The rooms were tidy and clean, very nice bathroom. Super cosy spa area and the gym was huge. Great surroundings with possibilities to hike and go kayaking. I can warmly recommend this hotel.
