I really appreciated how warmly the owner welcomed us and how attentive he was. We even received some delicious treats, which was such a nice touch on a hot day! 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀: if you’re fully wheelchair-bound and unable to transfer to a chair, this property might not be suitable. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟰+: this place is beautiful! It feels more luxurious than a hotel, just a 2-minute walk from the city center and restaurants, 15 minutes by car to Phantasialand, and 20 minutes to a DM (for my fellow Dutchies 😜). 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: There’s private parking, and the area feels very safe – we sat outside past midnight and never felt uncomfortable. 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼; Please treat this accommodation with the same care and love the owners have put into it. You can truly see and feel the time, passion, and energy they’ve invested in their property, furniture, and amenities. Much of the furniture is premium and of very high quality, so please handle everything with respect. Clean. Nice. New. Wonderful. And very much eye for details. We had the luck that the host was very flexible. As we were late due to a traffic jam she was so kind to let us in anyway. We all enjoyed our one night stay for phantasialand. 3 adults. 4 kids. We defenately recommend this place and this host.

Es war sehr schön. I was mistaken booked the wrong date and couldn't change through booking com but i called the Hotel and they manage to fixed it. Es hat alles geklappt. We visited Phantasialand and stayed overnight. The room we had was really nice and very clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentiv. Sweets are everywhere which is good, (my Son was happy) bottles of water are free, coffee and tea too plus they have apples ang sweets in the Restaurant to eat for free when you arrive late in the evening like we are. Breakfast buffet was good and clean Vielen Dank ❤️

Warm welcome, clean and tidy room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, including soya and oat milk alternatives. The location was very convenient for the Rhein Energie Stadion where we were going for a concert.
