The staff went above and beyond and gave us a rrom upgrade and it was large and comfortable. There was a garage to store our bicycles securely. The breakfast was varied and great.

We are full of emotions after this trip, it’s so amazing! Rooms are beautiful, all different. We stayed in Harry Potter room and the atmosphere was really magical. There is a town very close to the castle where you can buy goods and have dinner.

Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant; efficient check-in/out. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful touch of complimentary sweets and mineral water. Spacious free parking and a nice location on the side of the Rhine River with great views. Although it’s not my first time here, I always enjoy their breakfast with a good variety!
