Room was clean and warm, good facilities in the bathroom, good smart tv, clean location, easy check in, breakfast was complete, juice good, i liked the free bottle of water provided per room. Per total a nice stay , also waling distance to a good italian restaurant and plenty of other choices in the area

I liked everything about this hotel, from cleaning to the customer service. Location was perfect, the room big and clean and everything new, the breakfast amazing !!!!! The Best i ever has in a hotel ! The service impecabile, and the Man who was on duty at the reception in the very early morning when we left,was so so so Nice, i will never forget, he gave me a coffee for the road, and my son a hot.chocolate and some sweets, also he was extremly helpful when i called him from the train station because i did not speak german, and he helped us to get in the right train . I totally recomand this hotel Also the bus to Europa Park and Rulantica stops right in front !

    Very attentive host, we stayed with our three children in the family room, the room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and we would return again. Parking is around the back of the hotel off the road. Free WiFi. No lift but not a problem and the host helped us carry our bags up.
