Fantastic accommodation in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice modern bathroom. Mattresses were very comfortable. Each person had a soft pillow and a firm pillow. It was great to have the choice. The blackout curtains were great. Pitch black at night. Although we were able to control and turn on and off the heating in our rooms, we still found it warm at night, but fortunately, the windows open, so we got a lovely cool breeze. They only open at the top for security reasons, however you can ask staff to open it completely if you want more fresh air. The hotel also offers cotton sheets upon request. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Trams No. 5, 21,22,23 and 25 all go to the old town/xmas markets. . They run frequently and the hotel is only 2 stops from the old town. The hotel is also close to the main train station. Walking time is around 10 minutes or you can take a tram. There is a huge EDEKA supermarket/bakery in the same building downstairs. There’s a great cafe 150 metres from the hotel. ( P11 Cafe/Bar) . Great coffees and toasted sandwiches. It’s one of only a few cafes that we were able to find that offered lactose free milk. Many great restaurants and cafes walking distance from hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel. It was perfect .

Additionally, the hotel is pet-friendly, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog to breakfast with us (there is a designated area in the restaurant where you can sit with your pet)

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was exceptional, so clean, modern, practical and convenient. The sheets and pillowcases were however not new, I guess but we were able to sleep well because the bed was so comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We never had problems checking in late at night because the property replies my messages promptly. Checking in late night was hassle-free (PIN codes). Overall, it was a perfect 10! Highly recommended!

Extremely kind and service-minded hotel manager. Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!

It's a cozy hotel where you feel at home, the hosts were very welcoming and dishes in the restaurant were incredibly delicious. It's a pity that during our stay the summer open area of the restaurant wasn't open yet. Free parking near the hotel was a nice bonus, we didn't have any problems with it

this was our second year coming to this hotel, and the owners and staff are amazing, the lovely cat is always there for you at the door. we did not take breakfast because our family lives so close, and we were visiting our family, with the confort of been at this hotel.
