Really nice staff! The rooms are great and very clean. The rooftop bar is a great addition to the hotel and is a nice place to sit down.

Very friendly Hotel. Everything has been furnished and designed with the former prison theme. The rooms (cells) are basically furnished with unpainted steel and wood. Comfortable beds, good shower and German Bread and Water provided in the room. Very good breakfast with a wide range of bakery items, cereals, cheese, meats etc and beverages. The Hotel forms part of the Wall which circles the entire old Amberg town.

Situated in Amberg, 400 metres from Stadttheater Amberg, Bootshaus Amberg has a number of amenities including a terrace, a restaurant, a bar and free WiFi.
