The apartment was very clean, private, and very thoughtfully laid-out, with personal touches. Communication was great with Daniel, he provided us with detailed & clear instructions about checking in - outside hours. Having a garages parking was a bonus. Yvonne made us a delicious breakfast, she was a fantastic hostess & provided us with great tips for things to do in Bamberg. Thanks Yvonne you made our stay extra special!

This hotel has a perfect location right in the center of Bamberg. The central area with shopping opportunities and fine dining is in a walking distance. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to get to the old city. My room was quite spacious and had everything that I needed during my stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs and wishes. The guy at the reception desk helped to bring down my heavy luggage on the last day of my stay and the lady at the breakfast was very helpful when I couldn't find hot water for my tea. All in all, excellent service, very glad that I chose this particular hotel for my stay.
