The hotel is in a lovely location, we had a room at the back of the hotel which has balconies overlooking the valley, the views are amazing! The staff are very friendly and spoke English whis was very helpful to us, the evening meal was really good with plenty of choice. 100% would stay again.

    Wirft is a small village near the River Ahr, a few minutes...

    Wirft is a small village near the River Ahr, a few minutes from Barweiler which is where the Nurburgring industry starts. It's very quiet and pretty as it is set in a wooded valley. There are no shops here but it's a short drive or ride to the market town of Adenau one way on a decent road or 10 minutes to the Nurburgring and Nurburg village via the main B258. Be aware there is a very narrow road to Adenau too which is worth avoiding in a car.
