The apartment was incredibly spacious and tastefully furnished. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating (we even had the opportunity to use the SJ Hotel in Ebeltoft for a day trip – it was wonderful). The location is set in one of the most beautiful and popular neighborhoods of Aarhus, yet the nights were calm and relaxing. Truly a hidden gem in Aarhus.

The Royal Hotel in Aarhus is absolutely beautiful, a historic building dating back to the mid-19th century, full of charm and character. The rooms are elegant, the staircase is stunning, and the original elevator from the early 1920s is a real gem. Everything is perfect. Absolutly amazing place with extraordinary taste! The common room is a mixture between antic shop and movie location, with a cocktail bar for guests to use, a chess board in another corner and atmospheric french music in the background that fits the setting so perfectly.
