One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Thank you for a great job here.Excellent hospitality:) Special Thank you to the restaurant's chefs and attendants, Abo Zmariam, Abo Salah , Abd elrhman Mr Usama in the restaurant is amazing and professional yet personable and friendly Kerolos , Amr , Hani and Moe from reception are always there to offer help and support Karim from the concierge/tour is a kind soul Special Room receive Mustafa and Dahi Abdo and the water park staff are super friendly Will definitely come back with my family

Beach - The beach was large, clean, and a lot of fun. It was rocky to enter at first but after a few meters, the ground was walkable (sandy). Additionally, they had a dock where one could jump to snorkel and see the red sea fishes. However, you don't need to snorkel to see the variety of fish. One could be sitting in the water a meter from the shore and be able to see yellow and purple fish. So beautiful! There was an option to arrange excursions if you walked up the stairs. Additionally, one could walk through the Jaz resorts and experience other shores if you liked, but we didn't feel the need to do that. Also, there is a swing above the beach that has the most amazing view of the water. Food - The main restaurant had a variety of food where everything was labeled accurately. During breakfast, the fresh honey selection was unbeatable (blackseed, mango, fig, etc.) with the French Toast. They also had diet jam which was rare for us to see at an Egyptian resort. Also, the cereal selection was wide. Coffee machines were reliable. The restaurant was open pretty late for dinner as well. The beach snack bar was amazing during lunch. I wish we would have gone there more during the off-hours to have their chicken shawarma sandwich. The grill at dinner was great. Rooms - Rooms were very spacious, well air-conditioned, had a TV and minifridge. We loved that each balcony had a drying rack for swimsuits. Drinks- While we only enjoyed non-alcoholic beverages, the bartenders were very quick in serving us and making good mocktails (mojitos). Keep in mind that the bar closes at midnight. Pools were clean and lit up at night. Entertainment – The Magic World by Jaz Entertainment group was phenomenal. Each night, there was some kind of entertainment. Our favorite show was the oriental one. Sitting in the sand, they had amazing fire performers, belly dancers, tanoura dancers, and a snake show. At the end, it was a mini dance party where Egyptian music was playing.

thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    I mentioned everything in my review, what I liked and didn’t like. Mainly, I noticed that someone bought a quad bike tour, and they were taken just a little way behind the hotel to ride on a pile of sand for a short while. There was trash and plastic all around, a complete wasteland—nothing pretty. I’m used to greenery, which I understand is lacking in this destination, but I definitely wouldn’t buy an overpriced camel or quad bike tour. Especially because, in that heat, it wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience for me, and with the trash around, definitely not. I did a diving trip, but it ended up being canceled. Unfortunately, they made us leave our things (like backpacks) in a place where locals were moving around, and we had no way to secure them. The original plan was that we would be on a boat. In the end, it didn’t happen, and that was probably for the best. I booked the trip through Booking. I had no particular expectations, even though we were supposed to see dolphins. Eventually, I arranged for diving, and I enjoyed it. Since I’m already a diver, it was easy, but when I saw how they even turn diving into a business, it bothered me. I saw parents forcing their 12-year-old daughter to try diving. She was crying, didn’t want to do it, but the father insisted because it was paid for. I watched her struggle and feel uncomfortable. It saddens me to see that everything can be bought with money, and that’s just wrong.

    Coraya Bay is gorgeous, and it is amazing how all the hotels...

    Coraya Bay is gorgeous, and it is amazing how all the hotels are connected to one another (with exception of the Three Corners Sea Breeze). Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Would love to visit against and continue to experience all it has to offer.

    The bay is OK.

    The bay is OK. Due to the windy weather most of the time it was quite sandy and the water where one enters to snorkel, but the reef itself was nice. Abu Dabbab, just 35km further south, is significantly more beautiful.

    This location is best for snorkeling and diving lovers, if you want to enjoy just sandy beach or have very small kids, I suggest another location as this one is surrounded by coral reefs. Sandy beach is small and crowded.

    The resort was amazing.

    The resort was amazing. The restaurants staff, entertainment staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all friendly and ready to help in any way. The location is remote, there are a few excursions available but otherwise don't the area surrounded by other resorts. But if you like snorkelling, this is the place to be! We are already talking about our next visit!

    The hotel’s location is very poor; it’s difficult to get in and out as they don’t even provide a shuttle bus to the main road, and if you ask for a car, they might end up wasting your trip. There’s no menu for the hotel restaurant — instead, someone just keeps telling you prices and asking what you want. The food quality is below average, the room service is extremely slow and very poor, and most of the air conditioners in the hotel don’t work at all.

    We loved the atmosphere, the staff taking care of us, the relaxing vibe and the beautiful landscape. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel and by far one of the best on the coast. We recommend to book via the hotel the dolphin excursion as well as the turtles/snorkeling. Plus there is a very nice horse riding center 7min walk from the hotel which offered great excursions on the beach and desert.
