The hotel is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. As soon as we checked in, the reception manager, Kareem, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the property. They also prepared thoughtful touches for our anniversary celebration—upgrading our room and offering us a delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was luxurious, with a stunning view of the Nile. The bouquet of roses, fresh fruits, and sweets in the room were the icing on the cake. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Cairo!

I really loved this place as I don't think it is that easy to find good accommodation in Cairo. The staff, Asma, Omar and rest were wonderful and extremely helpful. The location is great. Room size was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
