Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

- The staff were super friendly. They go above and beyond. No matter what we asked them for they would definitely try to make it happen. From drinks to food. - Location was great and offers so many activities. We were also lucky with the weather and we could enjoy staying at the beach or the pool.

The hotel is very comfortable and it looks modern and new. Highlight for the food, with a lot of variety and quality. The beverages are also good, we really liked the Sky Bar and the cocktails served there were above average. The a la carte restaurant was very good, the staff was very attentive and we had a lot of food. The beach is good even though we would prefer a little more privacy. The wifi worked well and good speed.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
