It was really wonderful vacation ,and I highly recommend it ! Me and my family had an enjoyable time . +Rooms :: Rooms were neat, clean, relatively large and well equipped , during the booking I have asked to have the two rooms connected as both was an accommodation for one family which was considered by the hotel, originally our booking was garden view but we received a complement upgrade to pool view which was a nice gesture , also we experienced weak Wi-Fi signal in one of the rooms where we received prompt support from IT team and issue was fixed on the spot , please note that for e access to hotel Wifi is up to 3 devices per room which was more than enough for our case , the connection was reliable and fast. +Restaurant :: food was perfect and with lots of variety & high quality as we enjoyed it much for both breakfast and dinner. + Location :: the resort is located in an excellent spot at wadi Hensih where the sea is perfect as the beach is very clean and water was crystal clear , beach swimming was very enjoyable, also the resort is located 40KM from Matrouh city so we had a chance for one day to visit the city and to have a tour in its memorial sites. weather was relatively hot during the noon time , yet enjoyable rest of the of the day. + Facilitates :: Resort has many facilities ,plenty of swimming pools - around 5 - , market , bazar , clinic , padal court , kids club. + Medical care :: we had an unfortunate incident during our stay at the hotel , that my daughter became sick and caught a fever , and immediately we received an effective medical attention where the doctor visited us in the room and provided all the needed care , and in couple of hours my daughter became better and we were able to continue our program normally. +Staff :: very professional , supportive and generous , always reaching an extra mile for serving the guests , shout out for Mr. Ahmed Galal , Ms. Amira & Dr. Tarek for their support and dedication showed during our stay.

The chalet, the Greek vibes, the rooftop, the vast garden, the weather, the baladi dogs, the owner and his father were very very kind

The communication with Ayman was seemless and response time was almost instantly The villa is a work of art and its level of finishing is a rare find the location is so near to the community pool which is a great bonus as it's was so beautiful The beach in MV is well served, clean, lots of food option and the seating is comfortable The lighthouse had so many options for dinner we tried different five restaurants all was great In summary it's was one of my best experiences in north coast over the years

wonderful sea view! food is excellent even for someone from asia. alcohol! great all inclusive also drinks. guys there are also very helpful, service no problem. best hotel at Egypt no doubt.

The property was very very good, unlike many places in Sahel it is well maintained, the owners didn't throw random furniture there, it was all very good and clean. There is every thing you need (cutlery, pots, pans, washing machine, fridge etc..) there is a balcony in the living room, and a huge terrace with a view. It is very close to the supermarket area and 2 minutes drive from the beach/lighthouse.

Brand new chalet, not far from the beach, stunning private roof top, very well equipped, lovely swimming pools and magnificent beach, Khaled was very helpful and always available
