We stayed in the hotel for four days. it is easy to reach the hotel by taxi or bus from The Atocha train station or Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. the hotel is near several bus lines, malls, restaurants, and clothes shops. the city is amazing we enjoyed walking under the rain and checking the stores around. the hotel staff are amiable and helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. the beds were comfortable and neat. the breakfast was good with many options of pastries, milk and cheese ..etc. if you go to the city you must try Restaurante Fez it is extremely delicious and the owner is also friendly. if you need to buy some Moroccan products you can ask the workers in the restaurant for any help they wouldn't hesitate.

I would have to say that I spent quite some time checking for hotels in the Madrid area when planning my visit and during this time as a first time traveller here I spent quite some time to read the reviews. The first thing to understand is that this is a place which is a hidden gem, a real treasure for a lot of reasons. The first thing is the location, it is located in Alcorcon which makes it sound bad but when you find out that it has bus stop right at the hotel door and you can take several lines and a metro to go anywhere you like. Let's give one simple example, you are just one bus away, yes just one bus away straight away from the hotel to Principe Pio where you can go out and take metro right away. Even there the Real Palace or Temple of Debod are just a few minutes walk, together with many other popular attractions. You also have a major shopping center a few minutes on foot, you can buy all the gifts you want. What is more surprising is how different the hotel is the reviews which must be outdated. My room actually has a newer modern TV, the sheets, bathrooms and everything are super clean and changed every single day. The cleaning stuff is present all over the hotel all day. The staff is excellent, they all speak English insanely good, and most of the time you will see some really sweet girls at the counter, available to help you with directions, printing and everything else. In particular in staff, remember Jesus because he really loves his job and admires his shift, he also does make an excellent caffe!! With this I say most bad things are not existing, the staff really likes their job, and maybe those bad experiences were perhaps misunderstandings. As for the smell of smoking I would say that the hotel is super clean, and for those having experience different, I would say it must be some isolated case, perhaps some previous inresponsible client.

The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a large parking area, and the rooms had excellent air conditioning. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has good access to the highway, and there's an all-you-can-eat restaurant next door—technically a sushi bar—which was a pleasant surprise at a great price.

    The stay in at NH of Alcorcón, was very comfortable and pleasant at a fair rate price. Mostly for business travel, but with a location nearby to a great shopping center areas, and close to entertainment places. Despite been a little outside from city center, it's a good alternative for a quality rate between price and service. Very nice!

    Convenient location for me. Clean room and.comfy bed. All staff very helpful and friendly. No wardrobe or even a drawer in room so all clothes, underwear and other personal items left out on display. Breakfast could.be better. Some chorizo and jamón, olives, eggs, some sliced up fruit such as melons, and flavoured yogurts would be welcome additions. Vary the pastries from one day to the next.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room, rather small but functional. Breakfast (continental buffet) was very good but a bit on the expensive side. Located in an industrial area of mostly warehouses, and close to the Metro, the hotel is great for tourists who spend the day in the city and just stay overnight. Not suitable for holidays IMHO. 24h reception and a rather well stocked shelf with nibbles and other small items guests might find themselves in need of when they arrive late.

    Of course My stay at Ibis Budget Madrid was a great experience by all standards. What I liked most was the exceptional service provided by the staff.     Modern, clean, tidy, good Parking. Near a huge Supermarket. Adequate breakfast. Quiet. Good sized rooms. Took an Uber to the city between 4 of us so we didn’t have to worry about driving, navigation, parking , cost and finding and just Ubered back from where we ended up. Half the price of a worse city centre hotel.
