Diederik and Annette are great hosts! Room and kitchenette are equipped with everything you may need, including water in the fridge and some snacks. Breakfast was very good, I definitely recommend. Doggy very well behaved. We had a really nice stay.

Quiet and very scenic location. Plenty of outside room . Yes, the swimming pool was available but you need to be hardy as it's not heated ! Hosts were at hand and very helpful , I requested a couple of things eg an extra duvet and they delivered straight away . Sofa bed was made up on arrival which was appreciated. Although we chose the apartment mainly for its convenient access to the Malaga airport for an early morning flight, we ended up discovering an uniquely decorated place, full of charm, style, and thoughtful details. Even though we only communicated with the host via messages, their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We lacked absolutely nothing: clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, helpful lists of restaurant recommendations, a chic and cozy atmosphere, and even a free private parking spot in the building’s underground garage. Our only regret was being just one-night tourists. But we’ll definitely make up for it with a longer stay next time!

We had an amazing stay at this villa with our two families, each with two adults and two kids. The villa features three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. It's beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. When we requested plastic cutlery for the kids, the thoughtful host promptly provided them, showcasing outstanding customer service that surpasses any hotel I've stayed at. The host, who lives just 5 minutes away, was always available and eager to assist with any request, ensuring our stay was perfect. The outdoor area is a true highlight, offering complete privacy and a wonderful space for relaxation. The garden even has a convenient toilet and shower, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or keeping the indoors pristine. Overall, the villa provided us with a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend it!

Small, local town mainly unknown by tourists. Has everything you need, plenty of bars & restaurants & surrounded by countryside & mountains. You need a car if staying in Pinos de Alhaurin as it really is a long walk into town/supermarket etc. Great place for a short break or base to tour the area!

Everything was in perfect order. I think it is my new favourite place in Spain actually. In Alhaurin, we ate in an indian restaurent called Hindu texmex, it was absolutely nice. Real indian food, nice serving with humor. 10 out of 10 We didn't visit the village it self, but went Malaga and Nerja. Easy shopping in the village (Supeco) and Lidl near by. Check for siesta times - it can get you by surprice, since it is not the same hour in the different places.

The area is quite remote.

The area is quite remote. If you want a base for travelling out by car or want to spend most of the time at the villa it’s perfect. If you want to walk to local amenities either by day or night not quite so ideal.

A hilly area requires fitness when moving from one place to another if you happen to still live on a slope. Taxi drivers couldn't always find our accommodation, didn't speak English, so we have to use translation. There were quite often language problems in local shops. It's a nice place when it's not crowded with tourists. A short trip to the airport.

A little slice of heaven close to the wonderful town of Alhaurin de la Torre. Beautifully appointed casita with everything you could possibly need thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and made me feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The bottle of cava in the fridge was a lovely touch, and the generous g&t, olives and cheese on my arrival were a lovely surprise. So close to many places of interest, be it Malaga City, the beach or the stunning countryside. Highly recommend.

It is a hotel that was possibly built in the wrong location, it is an industrial park. The room was fine and clean but very noisy with the boy racers in the middle of the night. The restaurant was poor, certainly not what it was cracked up to be, i had a bean stew that was mostly pig fat cubed about a cup of chunks of them I had to eat around, and that was the best of the meal. It is close to the airport 8f you are stuck.

We stayed here as an overnight because of the proximity to the airport. We didn’t get the chance to use the property, it was literally a late night arrival and left the next morning by 9. Bed was comfy. Quiet location, better sleep than a hotel, therefore I would prefer to stay here than a hotel. Facilities in the room to cater for yourself. Pool looked nice but not used.

The house was great. Located in quiet area next to mountains and nearby a very nice town, Alhaurin de la Torre. The house was clean and spacious, felt freshly renovated. The owner was very kind and the contact with him was very good. I would definitely recommend this facility and we hope to come back there soon.
