Lovely hot showers, air conditioning, soft and large towels (thank you). The appartment was clean and the tiles and walls were fresh. The appartment looked as shown in the photographs except the bath has been replaced with a shower. Sebastian, our Bookiply host answered all quieries promptly. We went out of season and the resort was quiet but I expect it will be a different story in high season. Close to a bus stop and local amenities. We had an issue with the building while we were there but I am pleased to say Bookiply handled it extremely well once we got back and resolved it to our satisfaction, thank you.

Room was perfect, bed comfortable, everything needed. The lobby is amazing, with its green wall and trees and plants, and fun places to sit among them and absorb the atmosphere. Pool looked lovely but we arrived too late to use it. Staff wonderful.

The hotel is gorgeous with a very nice terrace and pool side. We loved our room and really appreciated the buffet breakfast. The spa is very relaxing (you have to make a reservation in advance).

Our stay at Hotel Infinito was absolutely delightful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Damian made us feel right at home with his warm welcome and thoughtful touch. Not only did he personally provide us with all the essential travel details for Menorca, but he also gave fantastic recommendations for local food spots and beaches, ensuring we got the most out of our trip. The room itself was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We were also treated to extra touches like umbrellas, games, and other thoughtful amenities that enhanced our experience even further. As a special surprise, He gifted us a charming beach bedsheet with an elephant design, which was a lovely gesture and added a unique touch to our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect, situated centrally in the old town. Nearly every major attraction was just a short 5-10 minute walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. We were also really impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which was made even more luxurious by their signature scented bathroom products. After a long day spent at the beach, the shower was the perfect way to unwind and relax. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Menorca.

Really nice hotel - the rooms where fantastic and charming. The staff friendly - and the breakfast they made every morning was with a lot of local produce and care. We did not use the pool because it was early season. The location is also great in this beautiful city.

    Great location in quiet residential setting, which worked...

    Great location in quiet residential setting, which worked well having a toddler! The accommodation was well equipped, washing machine, washing line and pegs as standard, which helps with drying swimwear daily. The pool was beautiful, splash pool for our toddler was perfect. We often had the pool to ourselves, which felt like such a luxury. Hosts were responsive when our water tank sprung a leak in the bathroom - nothing was too much trouble. Got home from a day out to find it had been replaced and working perfectly again. A great stay, would highly recommend.

    This is a relatively quiet resort but has a good variety of shops and restaurants. Las Yucas restaurant is well worth a visit as is Los Delphine. Voramar restaurant seems to have more of a tapas, chill out vibe whilst watching the sunset. A good choice of supermarkets is also available. The beaches are very small and surrounded by cliffs but there are very good family complexes available and a waterpark. Overall a great choice for families or couples.
