It’s a beautiful old town in the hills with great views, nice and quiet, friendly locals, some gorgeous properties surround it. Not too far from the Port or Palma. Need access to a car or use taxis if want to leave the village. Great local coffee and services such as small supermarkets, ATM and places to eat and drink all in walking distance. The house is old but nicely maintained with some modern features like air-conditioning or a swimming pool. Sheep ringing their bells every evening just beneath our windows added to the rural atmosphere of the place. It was charming. The small city of Calvia is worth an evening walk too. The proximity of the city of Palma, Tramuntana mountains or nearby beaches is also a nice benefit. Everything is easily accessible if you bring a car.
