Don't expect everyone to speak English as this is a very spanish town.... this is one of the major selling points to travelling here. Easy & SAFE walking distance to all restaurants, shops, beach, bars & some nightlife. It is slightly more expensive to eat on the beachfront, compared to some restaurants down the side roads. Plenty of choices. There was an AWESOME sushi buffet restaurant, called Yamasato, not too expensive & with a good variety of dishes besides sushi. Not all waitrons spoke English but there was 1. Downside of Castelldefels, easy access to Barcelona but an hour bus ride cost 5 EURO 1-way. It was cheaper to stay in this area compared to BarcelonaGuest review byMoJoTravelSouth Africa

I used to stay in El Prat de Llobregat area in the past before an early flight from Barcelona, but in the end this hotel is only 10min drive from the airport, so pretty much the same as if you stay in El Prat and you can enjoy the beach right across the street. The sunrise was wonderful to watch. A few nice restaurants were also open in the area. The room was clean and comfortable with reasonable prices.Guest review byCarineMontenegro
