An amazing setting with incredible views. We loved our comfortable accommodation that included a cosy log burner fire and the jacuzzi was a welcoming addition in the large bathroom. There were great facilities around the property such as a games room and swimming pool. The hosts were lovely, friendly and professional. Recommended!

PERFECT PLACE TO BE! 💖 I offer this accomodation very much, everything is amazing, authentic and made with high quality by Miguel. Beautiful area and very interesting almond producing with the calm and love of the andalusian-granadian vibe. 😍 You can see the night sky, stars, the milky way very well from there, together with sunrise-sunset, moonrise-moonset. ✨️ I will definitely go back or send my relatives and/or friends there. Incredible place to stay. Impeccable, beautiful house throughout. We stayed in a lovely, large cave room with a great bathroom and shower design. The food from dinner and breakfast was excellent, thoughtfully presented, plentiful and homemade cooking using local ingredients. The hosts were fantastic and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the place and looking at the restoration project book. Very talented couple and we feel fortunate to have found this place to stay.

Good for walking and although not may places to eat where we ate was lovely As usual in Granada fabulous tapas and lovely friendly staff. Great place to explore the regions cave houses and it has a beautiful church too .

Galera is a small rural village.

Galera is a small rural village. On the positive side it is picturesque especially the cave houses and church, all white-painted. It is fascinating to see an unspoilt and untouristy village with these cave houses. The Bodega Domingo y Quiles has moved to more modern accommodation but if you speak Spanish is really worth a visit both for education and to taste the wines (which we liked a lot - though atypically dry partly because they are made for local tastes and partly because of the effect of the extreme temperature contrasts in the region on the grape ripening). On the negative side, there's not a lot to do in the village and no highly-rated restaurants to my knowledge. But there are interesting sites nearby to drive to. We visited in a heatwave so ended up not exploring much - do watch out for hot summers and cold winters here.

I arrived at the hotel during a massive power outage in Spain, after having made a last minute booking. In spite of all internet and power being out, the hotel was able to accommodate my stay, and even provided a really lovely dinner over candlelight. The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and clean and quite charming... really absolutely there was nothing I could fault. Total gem of a place, very happy to recommend!

The hotel is ideally located in Galera a town with an amazing history and archaeology. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The municipal swimming pool was open, as a hotel client entry was free. The bar in the restaurant was very busy, the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The hotel had a nice relaxed informal feel.

The staff were friendly. The food and service were excellent. It was incredibly good value for money. It's a small hotel which is perfect for a stopover. Carparking is free. Bed was comfortable and there's a free bottle of Lanjaron provided.
