This is a really nice hotel, a beautiful interior, you do get the wow factor as you walk into reception. Staff on reception are excellent, the bedrooms are big and comfortable - we had a balcony room overlooking the garden. Plenty of parking , and and easy 3 mile drive ( 10 minutes ) into Pamplona where there is a lot of parking facilities. Dinner and breakfast in the LaVeranda restaurant in the hotel were also very good. The hotel is in a decent looking neighbourhood too and felt very safe. All in all , a definite recommend if this is on your shortlist for a visit.

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean room with a sense of luxury. Rich breakfast with variety of food. We enjoyed the spa. The staff always helpful and polite. You need a car for your transportation.

The place was very easy to find and right opposite a bus stop to get into Pamplona Central very easily. The host was very welcoming and warm, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and cosy. Toiletries were well stocked, had a sofa and day bed, a large wardrobe and a really quaint balcony overlooking the front garden. Would definitely recommend this to other people, especially if they're staying for an event at Castilla Gorraiz.

2nd visit here - Very comfy and quiet room, nice welcome and easy check in, lovely bathroom and the snacks/food that we ate in the bar were very good (nachos, dips, chicken wings). Good selection and quality of breakfast options. The hotel is as described - we knew what to expect and we like that everything is quality, has a relaxed feel and the staff are very pleasant.

The hotel is fabulous with the most comfiest of beds we’ve ever slept in. The bathrooms are excellent with big fluffy towels. As the hotel is part of a golf club, the views are fantastic. The drive up to the hotel comes through a very posh area which is lovely.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and room very comfortable. Paid a little extra to use the swimming pool that was located a short walk away at the golf club. Evening meal was exceptional and breakfast very good.
