communication with host was great. apartment is superb. we were sorry for such a short stay so we couldn't enjoy longer. very spacious, clean, decorated with a style. it's nearby airport and beautiful town of aguimes- we recommend it for staying in southern part of the island.

Hi, The apartment is very wonderful and very clean and it's designed with a good taste and also it's very well equipped starting with beach towels and sun umbrella (I was surprised about this because in most of them you can't find something like this) and finished with a well equipped kitchen who likes to cook ,last and not least a really good beds.Also I will like to mention the apartment it's close to the airport and also close to the highway which make you driving around to the island extremely easily, also his located in the quiet area who enjoys pace having close big stores like Mercadona or another's. And I will finish this review with the owners which are very nice and always ready to assist you with everything that you need.

It's a huge space with many outdoor spots. The pool is bigger than what it looks like in the picture. We enjoyed the little kitchen outside especially because we could prepare the food and stay together at the same time.

Maria Nieves was very friendly and met us at the property to explain everything. Hosts were readily available if needed, but not intrusive at all, which was perfect. The property is spacious, very safe and private with walled patio garden. It is part of a big working farm with locked gates. We had peacocks and a friendly donkey coming to say hi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is at the outskirts of Ingenio, very close to the shops and the coast. The airport is within 10 minutes drive. Maria Nieves left fruit, wine, organic eggs, bread and olive oil, which was a very nice touch and made us feel very welcome.

Such a beautiful villa in a really quiet and peaceful location. It was immaculately clean, it was equipped with everything needed including kitchen equipment, TVs with Netflix etc, indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. The pool is lovely and the outdoor garden area catches the sun all day. The owners were so incredibly kind and helpful, they helped us with everything we needed and were so hospitable. We really loved our stay here!

    Ingenio has good road links to all parts of the Island.

    Ingenio has good road links to all parts of the Island. A car is recommended although bus services are very well connected with all parts of the island and a direct connection with the Airport. Basic shops,pharmacy,supermarkets,takeaway outlets are on the Main Street. Petrol stations and Bank. It does lack any kind of nightlife venues. It is not a typical tourist town.

    The old town is very beautiful (but quiet) and there are nice walks to be taken for those who like that, always something new to see. It's almost free of tourists (except me) and relaxed, the groceries have decent hours, and there are good restaurants and a gourmet shop by the church that towers over the town. More central there are buses going wherever you like, regular services. Close to the airport.

    Ingenio has a small but interesting old town with a few bars...

    Ingenio has a small but interesting old town with a few bars and restaurants and a town square plus a trail around the old part of the town explaining the history. There are some excellent restaurants and plenty of supermarkets . It is close to Aguime and Guayadeque so access to great restaurants and walking trails. Close to the main roads means a good base if you are looking to explore the island. The restaurants are very reasonable as not many tourists stop there.

    Perfect little cave-like dwelling, spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a one night stay before starting our point to point trek across Gran Canaria. Next door to Tagoror cave restaurant which was atmospheric and had good authentic food. Fantastic starry night sky on our arrival. The Barranca de Guayadeque is also a stunning, lush canyon for walking along, didn’t see another person for 3 hours at least on our way up to Pico de las Nievas, the highest peak on the island.

    All was extremely clean. It is possible to cook in the kitchen. Coffee is available and the host offered a small milk carton for every day. Ingenio is not really central, but in Ingenio itself, the apartment is in good location. Supermarkets and bus stops are close. It can be reached by bus. 20 minutes from the airport.

    The apartment is really spacious, easy parking, perfect location. Ingenio is a nice town. Also the utilities like toaster, oven, beach towels and washing machine are very useful. The host left some coffee and also washing detergent which was really nice.

    Ingenio has a nice central position to visit the island if you have a car (if you don’t have a car it doesn’t make sense to stay here as it’s quite hard to get the most of the attractions of the island)
