The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, both when I was checking in and checking out and when I was having trouble finding an open bike shop. They went above and beyond trying to help me. I stopped at this hotel on my way from Southern Spain to Andorra - and what a great discovery it was. Conveniently located right along the road to Andorra, it was easy to find without any detours. Although the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, the receptionist kindly directed me to another lot just a few hundred meters away, which was free of charge. The room was spacious and had two large windows with stunning views of the mountains and the river. Breakfast was served next to the outdoor terrace and pool, while the coffee, offered at the bar, was hands down the best breakfast coffee I’ve ever had. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming throughout my stay.

Simple and effective! I stayed in a smaller single room this time, but have stayed in a bigger twin room with another before. Either way, all around great value for money. Basic room, with everything you need - bed, desk, storage, ensuite bathroom with shower, etc. Communal area with fridge to store food and a microwave. Good recycling system in place too! Breakfast is also included which is a big bonus - cereals + milk/ yogurt, toast, tea coffee, etc. I noticed people bring their own fruit to add something fresh, but I was happy with what was provided ☺️ a big point to note - the staff were also really lovely!! Thank you 🥰

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us find a restaurant in La Seu and booked a table for us. Our room was an upgrade since they didn’t have available what we’d booked, and it was fabulous. The swimming pool was small but a welcome respite from what had been a hot day. Breakfast was excellent.
