The cafe is v good with nice coffee and the staff friendly but for 94 euros for 1 night it is very overpriced. Parking and breakfast are extra and not worth it. Were made to wait outside for a taxi that never arrived. This is an airport hotel which surely should have 24 hr reception. I was told to get taxi to pick up a key. The lady spoke no English and it was very hard to commuicate with her. At an airport hotel there should be an English speaking contact. Breakfast was fine, badic but perfectly OK. The one person who made our trip was your staff member Chaus. She was fabulous. We were in bilbao Sat night sightseeing , it was lashing rain.
