Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. Magaluf Was an Unpleasant Surprise. Our stay in Magaluf was not what we expected. The area around Magaluf Beach was overrun with stag and hen parties, loud nightlife, tattoo shops, and mostly fast food places like pizza and kebabs. We were hoping for a more sophisticated or relaxing atmosphere, but it felt more like a party zone catering to large groups and budget tourists. The Platja de Son Maties area nearby was noticeably calmer and cleaner, and if you’re staying in Magaluf, that’s a better option. That said, I honestly regret not staying elsewhere entirely — S’Arenal Beach or even Sóller, which, while it has a smaller beach, offers a much more charming and relaxed vibe overall.Guest review bySusanaIreland - 8.0

Have been visiting at least once a year for 42 years.Mainly in low season not in high summer. So cannot be too much I dislike about it. Cafe,s and restaurants all friendly, shops good. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a lot of options, the location is also good, very close to the beach, bus station and bars/restaurants but no noise at night from outside. Magaluf strip and BMC club is less than 10 min away. For those who have a late flight, you can use facilities after the check out and they offer you a room with shower to take a shower and change before you go to the airport.
