Good communication from the owner with details on how to get the keys given on the day of arrival. Location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars very close to the house and a supermarket around the corner. House was clean and very welcoming with air con in all rooms which was so needed this weekend when we returned early evening from our day out in the extreme heat. Nice courtyard out the back. Everything seemed new and renovations were beautiful and in keeping with the building and maybe due to no reviews so far we were one of the first visitors. Superb place for a few days holiday or a break from it all.

Everything was perfect & the host excellent. Staff fixed a light bulb we didn't even know was broken!. Offered to light the bbq for us. The jacuzzi was an added bonus 10/10

The receptionist Sara was fantastic. So helpful. Went out of her way to help when we were let down by the taxi company we booked. Also very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit.

Location brilliant as went to the wine running with horses fiesta. Breakfast good, restaurant delicious good variety. Staff very helpful and friendly as we couldn't speak Spanish. Will definitely be revisiting, highly recommended

    Moratalla had several fine restaurants to eat at.

    Moratalla had several fine restaurants to eat at. We had a really nice experience the first evening when we ate a fantastically nice ten course menu and got to learn everything about different olive oils. Can definitely recommend El Olivar. Moratalla was a cozy little town with nice alleys and views to walk in. Well worth a visit when you are in the area.
