Excellent atmosphere and food. They have dinners that are themed and prepared by well-trained chefs. Breakfast is also not an exception. Spacious premises and nice rooms for stay. Very well maintained. Indeed, it was a great experience, even for a young family with kids.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was just renovated, clean and comfortable.The downside is that the air conditioner is not adjustable and works at the same temperature, maybe it was not adjusted after the repair.

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

    Playa de Palma is beautiful with a beautiful beach and many places to find a drink or meal. The only major drawback is that the hotel feels more like a “mini Germany,” since it’s a very popular holiday spot for German travelers. If you’re hoping for something that feels more local, just keep that in mind.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Didn’t research the location and it wasn’t for us! It is not really Spain, but Germany - which is fine if that’s what you are after. The whole place was full of large groups of mostly men in football kits and the chanting was constant so it was like staying in a football stadium. We were right in the middle of the action so not the peaceful break we had anticipated. Fun to see people having a good time but it was soo noisy 24/7 Luckily bus was only 2 euros and frequent so escaped to palma every day

    As late 70 year olds Playa de Palma is an ideal location for visiting the island. We used the buses which are frequent from just near the hotel into Palma and from the bus station easy to visit other towns on the island . Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out immediately from the hotel although the hotel provided all you needed at similar cost. A motorised train runs regularly along the front , you can hop on/off once so saving along walk made it more comfortable. Generally a good location.

    This is a very busy resort and appears to be a major attraction for stag and hen parties (there were hundreds). For many visitors the large groups of loud excitable young people would be appealing but for others it was noisy and rather crowded. Every morning (from about 7 am) the council carried out a major clean up of the beach and promenade, removing the litter and detritus from the previous evening. They also cleaned and raked the beach. Fabulous. If only we could do this in the UK!! Our hotel was on the eastern side of the resort but the western end was much quieter although there were a lot less bars and restaurants

    The pool side was cleaned every morning. Very clean hotel, with nice, helpful and kind staff. Really. The food was delicious and we had a large variety. The view from my room was amazing, the kind of you wouldn't want to go home anymore. Close to bus stops, close to the local aquarium, close to the airport. Next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant. 8min walk from a pharmacy that it's opened every day till 10pm.

    Very good location, just a few minutes from the beach. The location was quiet and hotel is well connected to the centre via bus network. Close to the aquarium. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Lovely swimming pools. The indoor pool was small but it was good to have it. Overall it was a very nice stay.
