The breakfast was great amazing choice for everyone, all the staff were so lovely and attentive. Pool areas were clean and very well maintained gardens. Loved our room with the sea view. roof top bar was fabulous to watch the sunset.

If you do not like this place, you will not find a place at all. From the arrival in the airport till departure it was all suberb. Great staff, great suite, excellent place to wind down and relax.

-excellent breakfast: buffet, and to order options, nice long hours -gastronomic experience in the evening with dinner, very good -pools are heated very well!, big pool is perfect temperature, childrens pool felt like a bath, kids loved it! -we had a family suite, 1 large 2 person bed in the lving room, and 2 bedrooms: 1 with a sofa - sleeper, 1 with a bunkbed, kids loved it, and we liked the division of spaces

I loved everything! Starting with the location of the hotel "pieds dans l'eau "with an infinity pool and two jacuzzis directly overlooking the sea, an easy access to the near beaches, lush greenery and palm trees all over and littlevm nooks set up in the garden. The food quality was excellent, the buffet was very varied and changed every day of the week, mumtopled healthy options too, there are two other restaurants available à la carte. The atmosphere in the evening was, calm, cozy and romantic with live violin players or a saxophonists. The decor of the the of the hotel was to my taste, it is modern exotic with a touch of originality, "du charme" et "du cachet". The even most pleasant thing was the customer service, the staff is really very well trained, very polite, attentive and anticipated my needs.

Amazing stay then we had wonderful family time together, prefect room with poorl-view, relaxing vibe with banana trees in front too, perfect professional cleaning standard, the personnel are very friendly very helpful, which is the BEST reason for us ti extend for other week to stay. Highly recommend and appreciate the owner and managers did such perfect hotel hospitality for tourists

Every little detail was just right. Rooms are nothing fancy, but are clean and comfortable. I got one with the sunset view from the private balcony and that was great. I also liked that they have a bicycle storage where you can store your rented bike and even charge it if it's an ebike. I had breakfast and dinner and both were very good buffets with big variety of food and also new things every day, so you don't get bored of eating same stuff. I also liked the location a bit away from the buzz and close to the airport.

    It was our third time in Lanzarote, second time in Puerto del Carmen. Love the beaches, and the long walks on the Promenade. Lovely restaurants 😋. Plenty of day outings organised if wanted. Beautiful location. 😍

    You must visit la carmencita del puerto restaurant in matagorda, wonderful place, delicious food unlike anything else on the island. The oasis cocktail and tapas bar on the seafront in Matagorda is also delightful. Tasty high quality tapas and amazing cocktails. Just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main strip. La Capri pizza restaurant in puerto del carmen is also lovely. The pasta dishes are varied and authentic and the pizza is excellent.

    Personally puerto del carmen isn’t for me as there are many more places to stay which are less touristy. If you are looking for lively, busy location not far from the airport this is a great location.

    Lanzarote was very laid back, lovely atmosphere , great coastal walks around by the cliffs from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero. Plenty of choices of fabulous restaurants ,The choice and quality of food was fantastic and I found great value for money

    Me and my husband have visited Puerto Del Carmen 15 times and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The apartment was modern and very clean and I loved the fact there was a sun lounger on the balcony also. The pool was really clean and I didn't feel like you had to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed, as there was always space whatever time of day you wanted to lie around the pool. It just felt very relaxed. I would highly recommend 👌

    The Hotel was in a very good location, easy to get to. The parking on the street was free, there was always a parking space. We were in all inclusive and completely satisfied with the food and drinks. The cocktails in the pool bar were delicious. We can only recommend It and if We come back to Lanzarote will definitely stay here again.

    We’ve just returned from a week stay in Hyde Park Lane, Lanzarote. This Hotel is amazing, staff and facilities are excellent. Accommodation was self catering, spotless clean, pools are great and loungers were so comfortable. A very friendly and welcoming resort. We will definitely be returning.

    Right in the heart of Porto del Carmen. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of useful holiday things you don't find in a hotel. Washing machine, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, etc. Octavio and Maria are great hosts and I would recommend this apartment for a great holiday in Lanzarote.
