Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The decor, the view, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and of course the lovely receptionist who was very informative and her English was good enough in that we were able to understand her as our Spanish is nearly non existent. The selection for breakfast was very good as well. When we were told the times of the breakfast we picked it up wrong. She gave us a time of 10.30 and we said that would do, but what she was telling us was that it was over at 10.30 am. She was very nice when we apologised and still let us have breakfast.

Amazing building that has been beautifully renovated. It’s quite a bit out if the city….buy we loved the area a lot as it had much more beautifull villa and houses around it. We quite liked Getxo. Service was amazing! Breakfast at the terrace with sea-view made us feel great in the morning.

    Convenient for the ferry from Bilbao. We needed a two night stay in advance our sailing, and needed accommodation that accepts a dog. It was close to the beach in Zierbena La Arena for dog walking. A travel card was provided which was super useful for taking the train from Muskiz to Bilbao, a 40 minute journey. Plenty of parking available at the train station on a Saturday. Communication with owners very easy. Access very easy.

    Easy to find, within 15 minutes of Brittany Ferries terminal. Beach a 30 minute walk away. Hotel is an old building which has been skilfully and sympathetically renovated. Room excellent and most comfortable, bathroom fine with good shower. A good continental breakfast. Very friendly owners.

    Room was very good, toilet in my opinion was great and very spacious. Staff was very nice. If no drunk people around, I would recommend this hotel for longer and shorter stay.
