The building is beautiful—the perfect mix if traditional Mallorcan architecture and newly renovated spaces inside. Narcís was very warm and welcoming, made sure we felt completely at home. He made us a delicious breakfast of fresh, warm pastries, yoghurt, muesli, tea, and tangerines from the tree outside our window.

1. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff! They wrote us a list of places to go and it made our experience just wonderful! And we really enjoyed chatting with them! Everyone is so helpful and will help you with anything! They even provide room clean for free every day! 2. Meals: It could be difficult to find a restaurant to eat sometimes as you may need to book in advance, find the right way, etc. However, this place provides wonderful breakfast and dinner at very reasonable price! This means you can just relax yourself at your room and be ready to enjoy the food near the swimming pool! Just tell them when you would like to eat. They also have wine and other drinks. You can even have meals with their amazing beautiful peacocks! 3. Facility: This place has a clean swimming pool that you can use at anytime. And they also provide enough parking areas. You can choose room with or without air conditioners. Just remember to book in advance.

Perfection ! They allowed us to create our own little paradise inside their paradise. Well managed, nicest staff, great breakfast, infrastructure is incredible and the buildings are the perfect combination between historical heritage with the slightest touch of modernity. It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.
