The breakfast was very good. Coffee, juice and pastry. Just perfect. The location can’t be beat. Across the street from the Camino. The dinner at the restaurant was really great, chicken, salad and fries and a lemon dessert. Delicious. The staff were so nice and courteous.

The owners were very welcoming and always asking if we needed anything. This is a brand new Albergue so everything is spot on. I even messaged asking for 2 bottom bunks which they promptly replied to with a “Yes of course we can do that” A lovely kitchen to cook your own food as nothing available in the town. We bought pasta and sauce from the local shop. They have a bar and when we left at 5.30am in morning, they were there to wave us goodbye. I wish them all the best.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like more than just a pilgrim – I felt like a guest in someone’s home. The hosts welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness that went straight to the heart. The location is perfect – right on the Camino, just around 2 km from Hospital de Órbigo – but far enough from the crowds to feel truly relaxing. I slept better than I had in days, surrounded by silence, comfort, and care. There were foot massage tools, laundry service, and everything a tired pilgrim could wish for – including real human connection. If you’re looking for something beyond the standard albergue experience, this is it. You’ll leave with more than rest – you’ll leave with gratitude. Thank you for creating such a special place. I will never forget it.
