Convenient parking (adjasent to the room, uder the same roof!), super clean, plenty of hot water shower, 100Gb wifi. High quality and quite affordable food delivery to the room. Friendly staff resolved minor problem in a minute.

Did not have breakfast included and walk some steps to get it out of the tourist zone. Got som guidance from my spanish friend and Alcala is great. The hotel´s situated beond great. Being a suede I come with some expectations and yes it was great.

The Hotel Cisneros is a small, cozy establishment 20 minutes away from the city center on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet most of the time. The other guests were also very quiet, most of the time. This makes the hotel ideal for a quiet stay with the family. The staff is welcoming and generously helpful in meeting all our needs - for example, receptionists boiled water for tea and warmed our food for us late at night, when the restaurant was already closed. The hotel's restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. They do offer lunch and dinner as well, but we didn't have an opportunity to check them out. We rented rooms with double beds. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The terraces were large and private, very pleasant for having a meal or just chilling. All in all, it's a quiet, comfortable and pleasant experience and an excellent value for the money.

Very clean, very modern and above all very quiet at night. We loved it here. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and it's all within short walk of old-town Alcala. Would definitely stay here again
