- Location - great - ideal id say (close both to on the "right side" port, Fanabe beach... and "left" Americas...) - Hotel - very nicely done; even though it is not a small hotel the architecture solution makes it look pretty cozy, Mediterranean, fits to the landscape - Food - really really good; breakfast from 7 till 11 and huge choice of fresh fruits, salads, cold meals (tapas), warm meals (from various kind of eggs variations up to rosted beef), sweets (wafles, etc. etc.) - Amenities - pool (hotel area) with the garden around it - very nicel heated to 26-30'C; kids 60cm deep as well and surely about 30'C; gym on the top of the roof with ocean view - amazing, there are a bit hidden roof top views (miradors) - Staff -very nice, helpful Simply all is very very nice and

As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its rustic beauty. The building retains the traditional Spanish style, with white facades framed by carved wood, terracotta-tiled roofs, and vibrant flowers decorating the exterior. Our experience at this complex was absolutely fantastic! The apartments are brand new, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything is spotless, as both the rooms and the entire complex are cleaned daily. The on-site restaurant offers delicious food at a great price-quality ratio, making dining a pleasure. This place is ideal for those renting a car, as having one is essential for exploring the island. However, a great bonus is that the complex provides free charging stations for hybrid and electric vehicles. Last but not least, the staff is simply amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly make the experience even better! I highly recommend this place with full confidence – an excellent choice for a perfect vacation!

A truly incredible hotel! Breath-takingly gorgeous, clean, with magnificent architecture and design choices. A really cool sky bar with a fantastic view and a million different beverage options for whatever suits your taste. It was amazing that the hotel had its own aquapark for kids, even though the kids were not with us. On top of that, it was very convenient that there were two separate pool zones: one for families, the other adults only. Since it was a romantic vacation, we appreciated it greatly. Very friendly staff made it even better, especially the people working at the reception. We would also like to underline the sheer level of quality of dishes at all of the restaurants. They were really top rank. In addition, it was greatly convenient that we had a big balcony and there were two bathrooms, even though we had a standard apartment.

Facilities were excellent and clean. The common areas were very spacious and hotel isn't overpacked, always enough space around the pool, very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, they consistently gave excellent customer service. On our arrival we were early for check-in so they gave us a free drinks and snacks (which was more like a lunch). The hotel is a very high standard and the location is excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel again when next in Tenerife.
