Great Parador for a break on the camino ! The village of Cruz de Tejeda is small, only 2 accommodation options. It is welcoming for all pilgrins. It’s not cheap, but de rooms are good - very clean and spatious. Also the Spa service are great for a relaxing afternoon. 🎟️ Booking in advance is mandatory. You can stamp your credentials there. We absolutely loved our garden view room! The room had a classic interior and all the necessities we needed. Had a lovely walk around the locals neighborhood at night before heading to the restaurant just across the road. Parking was convenient just in front of the hotel on the street. Breakfast had all we needed and really loved that they had foreign interns practicing their waiting skills at the breakfast table. Really lovely work-and-learn environment for those guys :)

Totally perfect view! Peaceful and quiet place and had a very friendly service and smiling staff. Room was quite small, but that was well informed at first place. Strong recommendation especially for backpackers, there are lots of different paths around Juncalillo :)

The room was in the attic and had very sloped ceilings, but apart from that the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. A great communal lounge area outside the room on the top floor.

Loved the place! Very friendly welcome by owner Icara and dog Tao.The welcome package was a lovely gesture! Room was a good size with nice beds and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and it's nice that there's also a roof terrace. We loved the pets (dog Tao and the cats)!

Such a wonderful find, absolutely loved this place, like a little home from home, so cosy with everything you could need, amazing balcony. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a remote escape for a few nights. Communication was very easy and once found access was also an easy process.

    Exceptional spotless villa with beautiful views. We loved visiting Teror which is nearby with a lovely market on a Sunday. Just watch out for the windy roads as they are quite something to try and drive.

    A sleepy and remotely located mountain town in the the middle of the green part of Gran Canaria. It only has 1 super market (Spar), a bank, bar and a grill restaurant (which unfortunately was closed during our stay). Ideal for people who seek rest or want to discover nature.
