The host Martin was very attentive & an absolute delight. He doesn't speak a word of English but we communicated through Google Translate & there was absolutely no problem...in fact it was quite hysterical at times. Martin's place is small & intimate perfectly suited for lone travels & couples alike. Martin is a great cook, the food & wine is s excellent. I will be doing this journey through Spain again in the future & will definitely be staying there again.

It was superb. Staff were exceptionally nice. Car parking was simple and straightforward and onsite. Breakfast room is really beautiful and breakfast was lovely. It is a really lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

This is a more then difficult question :accommodation is absolute fantastic ,great beds and bath room very clean and quiet , When we arrived by car a gentleman in front of the hotel collected the car to park and in the morning the car was brought back to the entrance . Small sized restaurant with excellent food and wine choice , I have been in more then a few hundred hotels in my live incl Dubai but this compared to the price and quality is absolutely top . The photo shows the view we had ……not bad at all .

    We didn't leave the Hacienda so can't say much about the surrounding area but the property itself is beautiful with plenty to discover in the extensive grounds. The bar, restaurant, cellar and outside areas are very well maintained and the staff are excellent. The property is private but not remote, good parking facilities, wine available to buy so leave some space in the car.

    The place looks amazing. So nice to transform the historical building into a luxurious chic Spa hotel but without being too pretentious. Personnel will do their best to make you feel at home. If you look at the old photos of the building before renovation you see how cleverly to transformed the place beautiful. The wines, cheese and condiments they sell are vey nice and we loved the wine tasting. Also the call upfront our stay. Clever.

    Stunning Hotel and Spa, location was superb, peaceful with Beautiful scenery. The Hotel is this breathtaking 1366 building, service, Staff, accommodation and food was perfect. If you are travelling this way to make the effort to stay for a least one night. Only about 20 mins drive from Salamanca which is another great place to stop.

    Wow we loved this place and couldn't recommend it highly enough! Location incredible, facilities superb and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Food and drink so reasonably priced in the hotel.
