First, hotel reception - The owners and staff are very friendly and the family dog ​​Taisto is adorable. I have never received such a warm welcome in a hotel. All the 3 days of our stay were lovely. Didn't know the city but the staff were very helpful in recommending places to go and where to eat. I would go back yo Rauma just for this hotel and staff. Small but felt special and breakfast was so great!

Close to the unique World Heritage site of Rauma’s wooden quarters is Hotel Raumanlinna. Established as a hotel in 1933, the building is an excellent example of Functionalist architecture.

We liked everything: location at the centre is perfect, short walk to the nearest fancy Vanha Kellari restaurant, free parking with no rush, the hotel room is beautifully decorated, the beds are wide and perfect for a good night's sleep, extra pillows - fine! Everything is close, but still easily available. Accommodation and breakfast are like being at home but well served by a nice and cheerful lady.

Really great location from the bus station, shops close by and really close walk to the old town so ideal for visiting Rauma. Also, truly nice host and we had everything we needed for the night we stayed.
