I loved my stay at Serenity. I wish I had stayed more than one night. From the pick-up the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I had a little bungalow at the beach front and couldn't believe how much luxury and tidyness is possible just three steps away from the ocean. I hope to be back, and soon!

You can feel the charm and personality in every corner, yet everything is beautifully maintained and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. It’s a place where time slows down in the very best way, inviting you to truly relax and savor every moment whether its in your Burre, by the pool or in the dining/reception areas. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. We loved the shower looking out into the jungle....what a unique experience! Every detail has clearly been considered with care and pride. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Friendly, thoughtful, and always ready with a warm smile or helpful suggestion, they made us feel immediately at ease. It’s clear they love what they do, and that joy is infectious. Whether it was remembering a special birthday or going out of their way to recommend local hidden gems, their attention to detail and genuine kindness made our stay unforgettable. Depika and Ledge were exceptional but not only that, every single member of staff from groundsmen to housekeeping to restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. I cannot recommend the Fiji Orchid highly enough. It is a truly unique and exceptional experience.

Staff Amazing and everywhere you went you were greeted with a smile and "Bula". I will definitely return to Sofitel Denarau again !!!! And the breakfast buffet and theme nights were next level amazing!!!

Staff were great. Special mention to Mary, Paul, David and Knox - all very friendly and made us welcome! Recommend the spicy prawns for dinner!

Fantastic staff and facilities Location superb

Great apartment with a good view over the pool and Port Denarau Centre. Breakfast in Cafe O was good and inexpensive.

Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was exceptional. Amazing facilities. Yoga was really good. Credit to the teacher last week.
