Great location in the old part of Aix at a quiet road with minimum traffic. Very close to the main attractions and the railway/bus station. The room was beautiful and spacious with great style and decoration and the bathroom was big too. Very clean and we also had a small balcony. thankfully, there is also an elevator even though the building is old. Very friendly staff, helpful and they speak English.

    Aix-en-Provence is a delightful city.

    Aix-en-Provence is a delightful city. It is the birthplace of the painter, Cézanne and there are museums devoted to or include his art. There is a very beautiful boulevard called Cours Mirabeau which is very wide and has many fountains. On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a huge market there. We ate at one of the restaurants with outdoor seating. This city is well worth the visit!

    Visited for the Cezanne exhibiton at the Musee Granet right next door. Lots of pedestriaised areas to walk around, markets to visit and great cafes and restaurants nearby. A short bus ride away is Cezanne's house which and a visit to the gardens is lovely. The Petit-Train Cezanne ride is a good way to get a feel for the place and the included view from Jardin de Peintres is not to be missed.

    Our main reason for visiting was to see the Cezanne exhibition, which was fantastic. However, Aix is also a beautiful city, spotlessly clean with dozens of restaurants and bars and a great base to see the surrounding countryside.

    We went to Aix for the Cezanne exhibition at the Musee Granet, and we also visited Jas de Bouffon, the Cezanne family home. There is plenty to enjoy and marvel at besides; it is an historic city, full of life (after all, it is a university city). Markets, restaurants, museums and charm are in abundance. And it is a great touring base for Provence...

    Great City. I coming here for 6 consecutive years. I just love this town. wonderful city center with a lot of shops and restaurants. The Markets are great. Easy to get around by foot or transport. From here it is also a great staring point and short distances to visit other places in Provence, Var, Gard.

    Beautiful- so clean, elegant, art galleries fantastic- I visited the Cezanne exhibition which was superb; great food from patisserie to fresh produce in the markets and restaurants - markets throughout the week. Easy to walk everywhere but buses great - when visited Saint Maximin and Sainte Baume . Would highly recommend a visit - we stayed three night which was perfect.

    Ultra clean modern hotel walkable by 10 mins into centre of Aix. The underground secure parking was also a bonus. Staff were very courteous and the manager Corrinne Spitz was excellent front of house and dealt with an issue very professionally. She has trained a good team.

    This hotel is very good if one's requirements are central Aix, relatively low cost and basic facilities. Rooms are best as single occupancy as small. All of central Aix is in walking distance. We parked at Rambot = multi story 20 euros per day.

    This is a relatively large well located hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of choices. Would stay here again if in Aix. The pool was an added bonus.
