First off, the young man who greeted us at the reception was simply amazing: the way he explained everything, clearly enunciating every word, standing up to show directions and explain what floor to go to etc -- it blew our minds: we thought we were in the midst of a theatrical performance. And he did it this way with every new guest arriving at the counter! He alone deserves a world of praise. Made our stay unforgettable right off :-) The hotel is very small, but also very neat and clean. Even though the first 5 steps in the reception are a bit of a challenge with a stroller, there is an elevator right after, so getting stuff into the room wasn't a problem. There is a little common room full of toys (our daughter loved them), and a cozy little dining room. The room itself was bright and cozy, with a comfortable bed and enough space for luggage. We also had a small balcony. The location is unbeatable: right next to the beach and tons of little cafes and shops.

We were a party of 6 and we had a wonderful holiday here. Location could not have been better - very close to beach, shops, supermarket and a wide range of restaurants. The hotel staff were brilliant - cheerful, friendly and very helpful. They gave us detailed information about local travel arrangements including bus timetables, contacted taxis for us and assisted in the search for a lost passport. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts and eggs. Nearby beach night life was lively.

The room was fantastic, very well decorated for such an older property. I loved the sixties vibe that was updated very nicely. The location sur le Mer was amazing. We were originally booked for the Annex, which is across the busy street away from the beach and the other hotel services. I asked to be upgraded for 90/per room upon check in and we lucked out. It as a fantastic room. I would highly recommend this location, just not the Annex.

It is a nice town with a beautiful beach. It has a very relaxing and positive feel to it. Most of the tourists are French families. I found locals to be welcoming. We really enjoyed taking the tour train around the area and had fun. Be sure to visit the beautiful town centre. There are many charming little shops and vibrant outdoor markets.

Great location, lovely beach hotel very close by. comfortable for a family of 6. Nice swimming pool, not too many amenities in the hotel but the port area around the hotel is very nice and being so close to Collioure it is a great bonus. Breakfast just ok. No eggs nor bacon but good local pastries and bread.

The hotel was in the perfect location, so close to the beach, we were able to watch the sunrise only 100 metres away. Clean, comfortable and a very efficient check in and check out. Excellent value for money.
