    The place was somewhat noisy as the walls and floors are...

    The place was somewhat noisy as the walls and floors are thin. One can hear the upstairs neighbor talking on the phone and footsteps alike. This is not an issue low season, but in high season it might become one. There is no cable internet available. The mobile network reception is poor and outside good (enough). However, the mobile network is saturated in this area Saint-André-des-Eaux, Loire Atlantique. This situation can take a while to resolve - perhaps a year or so. The mobile internet is unusable most of the time till the over usage issue is resolved. All in all, if you like a nice neighborhood, perhaps want to play golf and a nice apartment then this is a place to rent in off season in any case.
