We had a lovely stay for our first wedding anniversary. Our host was very welcoming, he greeted us and showed us round the property. The property was finished to a very high specification and was very clean. It felt like a home from home. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow, why can I say, after the hustle of my previous few weeks it was so nice to get here, simply stunning, cheeky rabbit hopping around, amazing staff all round, great food at the restaurant 6/5 stars, I will be back for sure

This may be a "2 star" hotel but I think it is a lot better than some 3-star ones. The view (from the 2nd floor) is excellent and everything is clean and done well. It's spacious and quiet. Great location.

We loved- 1. The view of the Seine from our room 2. Talking to Stephanie and Olivier and their young adult children who help them in the restaurant 3. Eating an amazing meal prepared by Chef Stephanie on the terrace. 4. The overall service and attention of the staff. 5. Very well run inn in an amazing historic structure. 6. The room was comfortable and had fun accents on the pillows of scenes from the Bayeaux Tapestry.

This is a very unusual location at first sight, the road is busy and relatively unassuming in looks, however we stayed in a top of this large house apartment with its' own terrace with views above of the old chateau and opposite direction to the river Seine, we caught this on a spring day sunset and it was lovely. The attention to design detail and the quality of fixtures and fittings is clearly evident and much appreciated. Our lady host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served in a charming room in the main house, all in all a little gem and if in the area will certainly look forward to returning . The only caveat (unless we somehow missed it) was there was no air conditioning, which was a great surprise considering the overall quality of this apartment and as a loft room would be very warm in the summer months!

The house is very centrally located, with some very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bruno and Laurent have created a little paradise, they themselves are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, we felt very comfortable. We must also mention the exquisite breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and, among other delicacies, a fantastic selection of cheeses. This accommodation is an absolute recommendation!

We received a warm welcome, freshly baked cake, and cider and water in the fridge. A lovely start to our stay! The gite is compact, but has everything you need. It was very clean, it was easy to park, and the wifi seemed extremely fast. The local town, Les Andelys, is unpretentious and very pretty - one of the most picturesque parts of Northern France.
