The hôtel was perfect to be honest. Definitely will return here if we are in Troyes. The parking is great, two restaurant nearby, grocery store a 2 min drive with gas station and car wash. Beds were very comfortable, wifi,spacious room, breakfast was very standard, but it was enough for us. The staff was great and helpful, except one young woman on Sunday.

The staff we wonderful, particularly Julian. The car parking was so easy and safe with plenty of room. The breakfast was plentiful, refilled frequently with delicious cheese, pastries, cakes, breads, eggs, juices, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot drinks. The breakfast was available for hours. The terrace behind the hotel was gorgeous overlooking a creek with rainbow trout. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the old city centre with its amazing medieval architecture. Two lifts were quick. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!

easy to find with car park underground. costs 10e and must be prebooked, we just sent a message through booking.com and they sent the access PIN code. Hotel was newly refurbished, beautiful creams and neutrals in the public areas. Rooms spacious and clean. Location to town, short walk

    I was in some Campanile's Hotels before, and this looked quite renewed. Location is quiet and easy to access from motorways. Everything worked as expected and dinner was good at the hotel restaurant. The receptionist was so kind to give me a room at the ground floor as I could pak my motorbike just in front of it. Ther room is the standard setting, which is enough for a stopover on a long trip from/to holidays locations. They even have 4 charging stations for EVs to recharge onsite during the stay.
