Fabulous converted school on the edge of Olargues. Very relaxed but also beautifully converted. Amazing terraces to sit on and watch the sunset. Fab breakfast (a little pricey at €25 - but beautifully put together.). We didn’t have any other meals in the restaurant - it’s vegetarian. Looked lovely though.

I had a really great week. Here I would definitely come back. Drinking coffie in the morning on the terras, biking different trails right from the gite, reading in the quiet. The appartment has its own ecological mark, very very clean, it was smelling like I am in the woods. Very practical. The owners are very warm, open and respectful people. I got lots of information. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast and dinner was very good en delicious. The terras has a very beautiful view on the city. The cook made us a lunch we could take along our roadtrip.
