The location was beautiful, unique castle-like building. You need to be able to climb many stairs to stay here. Village walks were wonderful with a valley view at every turn. Breakfast was delicious buffet with croissants and muesli, juice, yogurts fruits & more.

    Beautiful little village situated atop a hill. Sweeping views, fun little restaurants, charming area. Stayed at Hostellerie Du Chateau for three nights, had dinner twice at their restaurant, La Table de Guillaume.

    Castle looks wonderful from the motorway, and it tales...

    Castle looks wonderful from the motorway, and it tales several minutes to find it from the nearest motoway exit a few km away (Dijon road).. But it is well worth making the trip, as the castle and village are both very pretty. The village is small and quiet, and feels lost in time, very atmospheric and lovely.

    Beautiful medieval village, oozing character.

    Beautiful medieval village, oozing character. The chateau is well worth a visit and very reasonable. They have really captured the mood of the different epoques. Find Le Bistrot - little bar/artisanale magasin. Super cool. Great way to spend an hour with a delicious Cassis de Dijon Kir! Chambres d’Hôtes Chez Annie et Jean-Michel Bagatelle is very good and excellent value for money.

    Lovely hotel right next to the castle in this very pretty village. The castle looks dramatic from the motorway, and when you reach it, it's very beautiful inside as well. The village itself is small and quiet, but very pretty, well worth a visit. Good food in the restaurant for dinner, and good breakfast. Dog friendly hotel, so the dog could stay in the room while we vistited the castle (no dogs allowed in castle)

    Annie and Jean Michel were fantastic hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Chateauneuf is a fabulous village and its castle well worth a visit. Our blue room was spacious and comfortable with kettle and TV. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with cheeses and charcuterie for those who wanted. Excellent value for money.
