The owners did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Very good breakfast. Parking is just around the corner. Big room with great saunas and jacuzzi. Really thoughtfully decorated house just a short walk from city center.

The hotel is suitably located and you can reach town (Épernay, Reims, Champillion) & the vineyards easily & quickly by car. We used a rented a car and there was ample (free) parking. The hotel is beautiful decorated, neat & exceptionally clean. Everything was provided for in our room. The hotel runs more as self service, with no staff after 8pm. This did not have a negative for our stay. Everything was communicated clearly, including how to access our room for late check in. Value for money (one of the more affordable hotels we’ve stayed at).

The hotel is fantastic, with everything designed very delicately and perfectly. The room is very beautiful and fully equipped with amenities. The kids' club and gym are fantastic, and there's an indoor heated swimming pool. The staff is extremely attentive, the restaurant is luxurious and the food is delicious. I truly don't understand why some people give this hotel low review scores. 10/10

    Jeanne welcomes her guests like they were dear friends. We came in late so no restaurants available. She brought out food for us and we were overwhelmed with her hospitality. The property is absolutely delightful in every way and the setting is like in a storybook.

    10 minutes outside of Epernay, in the middle of the...

    10 minutes outside of Epernay, in the middle of the champagne vines. Very near to other little villages. Plenty of restaurants in Epernay. So many Champagne houses to visit, near and around where we stayed, as well as the main ones in Epernay. Beautiful, clean, pretty area. So many places to visit, great place to stop to just chill, with a glass of something cold. sat on your balcony enjoying the peace and beauty. Nowhere really to eat close by without using the car, not an issue for us. Also did not want to cook, but facilities great if you wanted to - also good choice of food in supermarket and local shops.
