Superbe The host was very nice, we really liked our staying at his place. Breakfast was tasty, home made jam, very nice bread, croissant, fruit etc... The bedroom was cozy and we sleep very well. Advised by the host, we went 2 minutes away from his house to see the beautiful river landscape. Clos de la Ruche's architecture and decoration was also a plus+++ I recommend 100%

The chateau is so charming and the hosts were incredible nice and helpful, the mama of the chateau gave us such good trip advices! It was a week to remember and I loved the swimming pool! The garden and all the rooms!

This gem of a place is clean, comfortable, modern, and really well taken care of by its owners. The team are welcoming and helpful, helping us find a restaurant as we were late to book anything. It’s close to Chambord if you want to visit the castle, as well as other activities in the area. It’s bike friendly and offers chilled, filtered water for free to all guests (bring your own bottle, they try to avoid single use plastic). Breakfast set us up we’ll for the day.

This was a perfect place for us to stop over for the night with our one year old daughter (who particularly enjoyed the giant teddy bear). The breakfast was delicious, the facilities were clean and the staff were lovely. As we were so pleased, we re-booked this hotel for our stopover when returning home.

Even by the high standards of the Mercure chain of hotels, this one is exceptional. A beautiful, modern building which is mostly a giant, glass-roofed atrium, it provides huge, airy, light spaces. The bar in the atrium is a very comfortable and pleasant place to sit. There is a good indoor swimming pool plus sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. We ate very well in the restaurant. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped.
