We had two dinners at the property: the dinner in the "fancy" restuaruant on our evening of arrival. It was exceptional in every manner. The last night we had dinner in the "pub" and it too was wonderful. Both meals were fantastic. Breakfast was great too- there were many items from which to choose and everything we selected was tasty and plentiful. I enjoyed having champagne for breakfast too! What a treat!

Really everything! Beautiful hotel. Perfect location in the heart of Épernay. Wonderful reception. The staff helped us with everything to organize a perfect weekend. The recommended champagne houses and restaurants were excellent. Beautiful, brand new room. The best bed and bedding ever. Our room was in the “old” part of the house which was a beautiful mix of tradition and modern comfort. Good breakfast. We appreciated the gym and sauna. Excellent parking with lots of chargers for EV’s.

The owners did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Very good breakfast. Parking is just around the corner. Big room with great saunas and jacuzzi. Really thoughtfully decorated house just a short walk from city center.

Breakfast was generous with Gluten free options. Great service with staff ready to assist with everything from dinner reservations to drinks by the fireplace. Rooms were surprisingly very warm despite freezing overnight temperatures outside and us not using the heating. Champagne Avenue is around the corner and a lovely walk any time of the day or night.

Lovely Chateau in the Champagne region, idyllic setting, very tranquil. Food in the main restaurant was excellent. Ideal for our 25th Anniversary. The cost is a little high but you get what you pay for.

This is truly an awesome castle, we loved it, so old worldly it was just gorgeous, a real step back in time, we felt so privileged to be able to stay. We ate at the restaurant up the road as it was a Monday and the main restaurant was not open. We loved the food, we loved the atmosphere and the staff were so wonderful. The staff at the Chateau were also terrific nothing was to much trouble, welcomed with a smile, thank you.

Magnificent territory and well preserved castle with the historic atmosphere. Amazing service with very friendly staff! We were staying here on our way to Paris, and we were blown away by its beauty. We also took a chance and visited Champaign houses that are just 25 mins away. Also amazing to stay with dogs. It was the first hotel our puppy experienced and it was a high level start :)

Beautiful old chateau in a lovely village. Only downside is that you are tied to the hotel restaurants as the next nearest is 15 miles away. That said, the menus change daily and there is a good choice, but some people may want a wider offering.

Amazing hotel Great facilities, big comfy bed and stunning grounds. I loved all the different rooms that's you could use ie the lounge downstairs with the roaring fire.
