A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. I would like to thank and congratulate receptionists Katerine and Nuria for their amiability and professionalism. I suffered an incident in the city (I fell and broke my nose and one finger). When I managed to get back to the hotel, Katerine did all she could to keep me calm and to help me. She called the paramedics and followed on. When I returned from the hospital, it was already Nuria's shift. She was very kind in trying to comfort me. She also helped me find stores to fix my broken glasses and my broken cellphone. On the next day, Katerine helped me with the contact with the insurance company. I could not have been better served! Thank you very much!!!
