We loved to stay at Patrick and Sylvie. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast and the dinner wonderful. The place looks really pretty. The two friendly dogs were cute. We definitelly recommend the place for others.

Everything! This was the best acommodation we had during our 2 weeks trip via France. Stunning and absolutely comfortable little house, which is btw no so little at all. Furnished with taste and creativity. The host very responsive and helpful. Feel like home. It was 34'C outside when we arrived at 4pm, we just came in, felt the pleasant chill of the walls and floor and didn't want to go out anymore. ;)

Patrick and Sylvie were very welcoming and nothing was ever a problem. Our 16 month daughter could wander around the grounds with guests and the owners dog who was very friendly. Accommodation was modern and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Would recommend to others for a stay in the area.

Special Thankyou to Matthieu for his patience assisting us with our poor French and advice on local trains etc. Lovely weekend stay in the Loire countryside at this classically stylish and comfortable Chateau .Enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Chateau restaurant .Property surrounds and garden aesthetically pleasing .close to cycle paths to nearby towns .

Everything, the staff, especially the lovely attendant at the front desk was just so kind and helpful. The location was amazing, the food was tasty, the bed comfortable, and the entire place was well kept and clean. Great value.

An absolute diamond of a place located in beautiful grounds and a lovingly restored property with delightful hosts and staff. The food is excellent and worthy of a Michelin star! It is a tasting menu with fantastic local wines, so if you want something more substantial, plan ahead. Breakfast is also excellent.

    Francueil is just a small village, not much there, but it is...

    Francueil is just a small village, not much there, but it is quiet and well situated for visits over the local area. Supermarket is 10 minutes away and a lovely walk along the River Cher to château de Chenonceau is nearby. You can often catch hot air balloons flying over too. Lots of places to visit within an hour from this location in all directions.

    Perfectly situated in the Loire Valley.

    Perfectly situated in the Loire Valley. A lovely property with sizeable grounds, well appointed, beautifully decorated bedrooms, breakfast of fresh, often homemade produce. The hosts, Francoise and Christian, are very welcoming, helpful and friendly - all in all, could not be better.

    We stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an unforgettable experience. It was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — we felt like we were living in a castle! The place is straight out of a fairytale, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. During breakfast, we saw a baby deer through the window, peacefully walking in the forest — a magical moment. The breakfast itself was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to the owners and congratulations on creating such an amazing place!

    Jane, Kristoff and Camilla were most welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The property and grounds are beautiful, set in the hamlet of Francueil. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days at Le Moulin De Francueil, with its lovely swimming pool and all round homely atmosphere, surrounded by antique furniture. There is ample parking, outside the front door. Montrichard is the nearest town, with shops and plenty of restaurants.Blére, with two supermarkets, is a couple of km away.
